Clearway Travel exists for one reason: to make travel practical and doable for people with accessibility needs. This policy explains how we research, write, and maintain the guides published on this site.
How we research
Every guide starts with official sources. We check airline accessibility and assistance policies, TSA guidance, theme park accessibility pages, transit authority information, and official tourism board resources before we write a word. Where a policy changes often — for example, airline seating rules, TSA screening procedures, or theme park disability access programmes — we say so plainly and point you to the official page, so you can confirm the current details before you travel.
How we write
Every article on Clearway Travel is written originally for this site. We do not copy, spin, or republish content from other publishers. We write in plain, practical language: what to expect, what to book, who to contact, and what to bring. We avoid hype, and we do not pad articles with filler just to make them longer.
What we don’t claim
We are not medical professionals, and nothing on this site is medical advice. We do not invent credentials, degrees, or certifications, and we do not present ourselves as experts in any field outside travel planning. We also do not claim personal experiences we have not had. When something in a guide comes from a reader report or a publicly documented experience rather than an official policy, we say so.
Keeping guides accurate
Travel policies change, sometimes without much notice. We review guides periodically and update them when official sources change. If a guide is getting old and we can no longer be confident the details still hold, we say so on the page.
Corrections
Found an error? Tell us. Email helpingyou191@gmail.com with the page name and what needs fixing. We review every correction request, and confirmed errors are fixed as quickly as we can. Where a correction is substantive, we note it on the page so readers can see what changed.
Independence
Our recommendations are based on what is genuinely useful for accessible travel — nothing else. If that ever changes, for example if we accept sponsored content or advertising, we will disclose it clearly on the relevant pages and update this policy.
